Please enjoy shopping at NEON OPERA TOKYO.

First, please select the “color”,” size” and “quantity” of each item you wish to purchase, then move the item(s) to your shopping cart.

To proceed to the checkout, you must complete all of the required information. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an “Order Confirmation” e-mail from us.

If you do not receive an Order Confirmation e-mail, please re-check your email-address, ensuring that the address is the same as the e-mail address you have registered with us.

Cancellation of an order cannot be made over the internet. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us via e-mail as soon as possible (service is available in English and Japanese).

PAYMENT

In the case of shipment in Japan, the applicable payment method are a credit card or bank transfer or "PAYPAL"

For international shipping, the applicable payment method are credit card and "PAYPAL" (http://www.paypal.com).

The credit card settlement can use VISA, Master, JCB, AMEX, Diners.

On the occasion of the use, please inform a kind, a card number, expiration date, the payment number of times of the card.

You can choose lump sum payment, twice, three times, five times, six times, ten times, 12 times, 15 times, 18 times, 20 times, 24 times, a revolving payment.

SHIPPING

We can ship anywhere in the world using EMS. Shipping costs will be displayed at the time of purchase and will be added to your bill. Items that are currently in stock will be dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation.

After processing your order, we will send you an e-mail confirming the delivery details.

Shipping costs include wrapping of the purchased items.

IMPORT DUTIES/CUSTOMS CHARGES OUTSIDE OF JAPAN

Your purchases may be subject to duties and other import taxes levied by the country of receipt. Any such charges shall be for the account of the recipient.

Please pay any duties or charges directly to the customs authorities or the delivery company upon delivery.

RETURNS

【Items which can be returned】

If the following two conditions are met, we will accept returns and exchanges:

  • the item is obviously defective, or is not the item you ordered; and
  • You contact us via e-mail within three days of the arrival of the items you wish to return or exchange.

If you wish to exchange an item and a replacement item is not available, we will give you a store credit in the amount of the purchase amount.

【Items which cannot be returned】

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • items for which it is stated that returns are not accepted
  • items which have been used or washed.
  • items which have been damaged, dirtied, or scratched by the customer.
  • items which were ordered in error or are not as expected.
  • lingerie items.
